Netball

This is Miss Tito's Netball Team, I am on the bottom next to Vivienne. This is when we finished our game challenging Holly Cross. I love playing netball it is my sports. My favourite netball player for Silver Fern's is Maria Tutaia. I love Miss Tito she is the best coach ever and Mrs Nua. Thank you for reading.

My Best Friends

This year I've made new friends with Jasmine and Chanel there like my sisters they are awesome and kind, they stand by me everyday. They are my family and my faith and I will share with them courage them and I will do anything for them and that's what Best buddies do. I enjoy playing with them and sharing secrets its allot of fun.

Swimarama Camp

Waiting in a line downstairs for my turn I shiver with cold and with allot of examined. Finally its my turn walking upstairs slowly I wait in a norther line watching kids going down the hider slide. Then after waiting and watching it was my turn I was afraid but I over calm my fairs it and sat on a blue wet chair and waited for the green light to go GREEN, WHOOSH of I go in the dark slide screaming turning and twisting around.Sliding in the darkness I see light from ahead then SPLASH! standing up with a happy face I smile and walk upstairs and have a second turn.

About Me

Hi my name is Mary and I am a year 6 student at Pt England School. My class is room 18. Mr Barks is my teacher he is a fun and loving guy. I am going to be on my best behavior and try my best to improve my skills.

Mary L My 2010 Refelection

This year I’ve enjoyed camp,making movies,trips and google apps. Learning about Google Apps was the most amazing thing making my new password was really hard to think of and remembering my crazy number was really easy. Things that I like to do more often is helping people like my teachers or friends. To work harder I have to keep on task to make our movies and not be lazy. Some of my memories were quiet funny but the best memory was going to camp Kayaking,Rock Climbing,Skate Land,Ten Pin Bowling and the final best swimarma we went to the swimming pool because it was our last day. My goal for next year is to make it into talent camp for the year 6 Netball Team. The best way to learn for me is to go into groups and talk about it or you can sit on the floor while your teacher explains what to learn. The most thing that I’ve improved is filming and exporting.

Swimming Thoughts

On the beginning of term 4 we had a mysterious thing on our netball courts kids and parents were very exited. That mysterious thing was a big pool. Pt England kids were extremely happy to swim in it. The first class to swim in the pool was Rm 23. On Tuesdays we room 14 swim, when we went into the pool the water was icy cold. But there was one more thing a man came and said ‘’Hi’’ and introduce his name his name was Chris. 1 week later Chris said that there was water polo, snorkeling and life surfing coming soon and said to chose one of them I chose water polo. On Tuesday it was water polo day and swimming, Tuesdays were my day at water polo two men called Ben and Matt was our teachers for water polo. First we had to get into teams like 1 2 3 4. 1 and 2 had to put on caps and hop in the pool 3 and 4 had to sit outside for there turns. When it was our turn I was goal keeper, Litia and Tui was cheering for me. Mat and Ben told us what to do and this is what we did we had to catch the ball with one hand the goal keeper had to catch the ball with 2 hands. Matt was our ref the first thing that the ref does is blow the whistle and the teams have to swim to the ball. Lunch was over out we go and change. “That was fun” I shouted.
